The Search for a House/Condo

Realtor.com and Zillow for Cape Coral is a starting place to help decide what you want. The most significant and useful difference being that Zillow allows searches for Open Houses. Go check out the are, the houses, they type without the Real Estate agent along… don’t get me wrong they are helpful but sometimes you want to look more than they can schedule or look at things outside your usual search! Want to see what a $4M house looks like or in an area outside the agents are… open houses are a big help!

Do you want it on the canals, on Sanibel, with a pool, a condo… so much to think about and I can help with some of that based on my experiences. In the end you are responsible for your own choices though!
