So much to explore and do in Alberta I haven’t done a tiny fraction but here is a start for you on “What I have found”
Canadian Rockie Mountains
Hikes, scenery, restaurants… views you will go “WOW” for.
So many things to do in Alberta, this is a resource of some of “What I have found” useful.
Fishing
Many locations and types of fish and ways to fish in Alberta. In January you can ice fish, in the warmer months fly fish, troll, cast and so many types of fish! I haven’t fished there so I would say I am not qualified to speak on it.
Hiking
Whether in the Bad Lands or in the Rockies there are many places to put your feet and have an amazing hike! Around the Royal Tyrrell Museum, in the badlands you can explore or head to the mountains and hike along mountain trails!
Snowmobiling

Hunting
The firearm and hunting rules are complicated and can get you into trouble so make sure you understand them or you can rely on a guiding service. Go back to Canada page for the warnings etc. on Canada’s firearm laws etc.
Then head for the airport and look for guides etc.
