Hunting
Make sure of the firearm rules (Current Liberal govt is changing them all the time) and then make sure of the local hunting regulations, for first time visitors I would suggest a guided hunt… BUT check the laws yourself. Each person is responsible for themselves in the end … and avoiding the court or hospital… be smart and safe!

- Cadex Rifles – met at Taccom, liked what I saw and their attitude but never had the opportunity to fire. Only issue I had is my wallet and they are missing the 6.5×55 🙂
** WARNING The current Liberal governments idiocy has declared firearms like the Weatherby bolt actions, Ruger No 1 and Purdey double barrel rifle as “Assault Style” firearms and they are on the prohibited list. There are worse examples (.22s, shotguns…) but the list will give you the idea.
** NOTE The list of the recent 2,500 is here but there is thousands of more makes and models prior to this fiasco! For your benefit check ahead!! Many on the list are just nonsense listings of military gear, a Javelin missile may be what I need sometimes* but was never legal and is likely just on the list so they can brag about the number banned and scare the ignorant**.
* Game is spooky and stays way out of range, no way get close or just too smart to accept the invitation to the dinner table… etc.
** There is a Canadian anti firearm group that uses a cartoon of someone using an Armalite style rifle with a long clip for hunting ducks… lies, ignorance and fear mongering are their specialty. They blatantly hate and insult the law abiding firearm owner and his possessions and usually ignore violent crime rates, calls for bail reform etc and dogmatically support bans instead of showing respect or even trying to protect the innocent victims.
The list of infamy, banned firearm compensation list, remember alot more were already prohibited before this.
